"When you call for service ask for the agents name and if you need to call back ask for that same person. Just a tip for very efficient service. Delivered our 9yd bin right on time and into a difficult space. I sent a photo to show where we wanted the bin backed into place. The driver opened up our bin and even made some loading suggestions it get as much in as possible. We were successful. He phoned back to see if we were ready at the appointed time which we were and showed up at the correct time for pick up.
