"*WHAT A LIFE SAVER* I was referred to BTDT and I see why. I lost my mom and had to clean out her home. I rented the 14 cubic yard dump (It was smaller than I thought, so if possible consult with an agent to get the right size for your needs) w/ 7 DAYS INCLUDED for the set price!! I was able to reserve it online as well as say where I would like to have it placed, if possible. On day of delivery the driver called me to confirm location and said he would do his best to sit the dump where I requested. And he did just that! It was delivered and removed with no issues to the yard/driveway. I personally, ran into some issues when time for pick-up. And I would like to credit "Lana" for maintaining her professionalism with me and assisting me with my problem. And I also want to point out that "Chris" and every driver that I had come in contact with had the BEST attitudes and were also very professional when I spoke with them over the phone. I was going through alot mentally and they helped ease my transition to get this task done. I highly recommend this company and this crew. 💯 I can't express my gratitude enough on this great customer service. Thank you.

Everything was simple, easy and efficient, including the delivery and pickup. I liked the double door entry and the quality of the dumpster. It's clearly well maintained. I wasn't present during pickup but when I went by, it looked like there was never anything there, so the driver clearly respects the property!"

"I ordered, I believe a 10 cubic yard dumpster to do a purging of items from my house. When i called for information, the person who answered was so friendly and informative. Prior to delivery, the driver communicated eta's and followed the instructions given to him about where to drop the container. The double doors were super helpful with dumping large items and made quick work of small items.

This was a great decision because I was able to get rid of so many old and unwanted items for a very reasonable price.
This business was so customer friendly, reliable and had excellent communication from ordering the dumpster to pickup.
They were very careful in placing the dumpster on a pallet in our driveway and even cleaned the driveway off when they did the pickup.
I have such good peace of mind after the house clean out. The price was so well worth it. Saved a whole lot of hassle if we tried to do all this ourselves.
